            Freelancing and Entrepreneurship actually utilization of skills in better way to earn money. The world almost acquired by technocrats and majority aspirants having skill based knowledge and implementation but the need of education from primary to master been underestimated and ethics of professionalism negatively impacted. By different observations regarding Freelancing revealed that most of the users having only objective to work and to earn while observation found a "gap" , that is a learning phase which always been skipped/ignored.

That's a need of a time to be well-informed and to be more professionally sound. Before starting Freelancing some of certification and qualification must be part of limitations conditions and rules of different sites Fiverr, Upworks, Appenc, Blogger etc. Many restrictions may also be apply in registration of Freelancers. 

          New technologies are the need of today world to utilize less input to produce large output but there are many drawbacks of technologies , we can say misuses of technologies more specifically in Information technology such as Hacking, Virus, unethical immoral activities also increased day by day. Similarly we found different recent examples of their influences such as election campaigns of Donald trump by involvement of  Russian hackers according to media sources, Another example is hacking of Banks ATM services. The most appropriate word used for such activities called as Cyber Crime. As many of modern countries implementing and regulating Laws regarding Cyber Crime. But the way of violations changed day by day which is also a big challenge for concern authorities. All these implications and actions caused by Information Technology Liberalizations. The activities can be monitor and controlled but it needs solid centralize procedure and system. It can be controlled by Regulating and issuing No Objection Certificate(NOC)  and clearance process leads to continuation of particular job.Before starting the Freelancing a user must be qualified/certified and to place declaration of responsibilities of any violation. 

           Another suggestion to strengthen the freelancing to be more professional, Freelancing must be part of any skill development courses, also A/O level education. In this way, separate set of record of specific subject can also be established as well as that's must be responsibility of institute or university to provide certification and registration. Similarly such certification and registration must be used for freelancing registration for some time period after then the institute provide renewal of registration.
